This 1:1 45-minute session with a Personal Trainer is composed of a tour of the facility, creating achievable fitness goals, and completing a brief demo of fitness equipment. 在此期间, you will learn tips for fitness progress and how to safely adjust equipment for your needs, while building comfort and confidence within the space.
会话二:
Session Two is an optional follow up session ($25) that can be booked after completing the 健身 Orientation. This is a dedicated time to ask specific questions to the Personal Trainer about proper form for equipment usage or specific movements, while also discussing the previously set fitness goals.
